How to use dynamic content

When you create a Form, sometimes you want to insert some dynamic values coming from the candidate details (ex: a contract reference, office location, etc)

How does it work

A dynamic content, unlike a form field, is not editable by a candidate during Form completion and will be automatically replaced by the related value

How to insert a dynamic content

  • Open the Form you want to edit and put your cursor where you want to insert your dynamic content
  • Click on the @ icon on the left icon bar and choose the dynamic content you want to insert. You can scroll or type the name you want to select

Tip: You can type "@" and continue to type to quickly insert a dynamic text anywhere

Supported dynamic content

You can insert the following details:
Candidate: first name, last name, reference, email, mobile phone, or any custom fields
Candidate Owner (Admin) : first name, last name, email, phone, position
Account : name & reference
Form: name, date short, date long
Company: name

Apply Style

Dynamic content fully support styling so you can apply the look you want as for any other text element
