Why?  You're asking

Using dynamic fields in your communication,  you can provide unique and efficient messages to your customers: use the proper receiver name, contract reference, company name, and other necessary useful information.

What is it about?

In CheckHub, we use Templates : the text which will be sent to the candidate (or admin - depends on settings). Templates can be Email & SMS, Email only, SMS only.
These templates are then send using Scenarios (ex: when candidate is created, or completed)

Where to find the functionality ?

Admin > Templates > Email Body, Email subject, SMS.

On the module page exists the dynamic fields list, each can be used in the template fields.
