The Contact list is the cornerstone of your database. That’s why we’ve improved how you can view, organize, and act on your data—so you can work faster and focus on what matters.

Improved readability
We reorganized how data is displayed in the table to make it clearer and easier to use.
You can now:
- Sort data more easily
- Customize visible columns to show only what is relevant to you
- Focus on what you need, without unnecessary clutter
We also increased the number of records displayed per page, reducing the need for pagination and making large lists easier to navigate.
Clear visibility on milestones
To help you quickly understand where your contacts stand, we added four counters above the list:
- All Contacts: the total number of contacts in the current selection
- Open: contacts that have not yet started any process
- Pending: contacts who have started their onboarding or workflow
- Completed: contacts who have completed their process and are ready
Each counter is clickable, allowing you to instantly filter the list based on the selected status.
Edit key data directly from the list
Some important fields can now be edited directly from the Contact list.
For example:
- The Assignee can be updated in one click, directly from the table
There’s no need to open the contact’s detail page just to make a simple change. More editable fields may be added in the future.
More powerful filters
Filtering capabilities have also been expanded.
You can now:
- Use more advanced filtering options
- Combine multiple criteria
- Save your favorite filters for faster access and improved efficiency
This makes it easier to manage large contact lists and quickly focus on specific segments.
If you want, I can also:
- Make this shorter and more marketing-oriented
- Align it with release notes instead of help content
- Add tooltips or microcopy suggestions for the UI
- Review other sections for tone consistency
Just say the word.
