How to extract & use values from your collected document

Automate data extraction from your documents to avoid manual entry of personal details (e.g., driving license holder and expiration date, experience from a CV).

Setup the Data Parser

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our support team to configure the data parser tailored to your needs. We support various 3rd party services for accurate data extraction from:
      • Official Documents: ID, passport, driving license, work permit, etc.
      • CVs: Personal details, skills, past experiences, etc.
      • Structured Documents: Bank details, criminal records, house energy reports, etc.
  1. Attach the Parser: Once the data parser is set up in your account, attach it to the appropriate document type. From then on, any new document of that type will undergo data extraction.

Visualize Extracted Data

  1. Access Candidate Details: Navigate to the candidate's details page.
  1. Identify Document: Find the document with data extraction and click on "Details."
  1. View Extracted Data: On the right side, under "Document Extraction Details," browse all the extracted information.

Tip: Click on any extracted value to automatically copy it to your clipboard!

By following these steps, you can streamline the data extraction process and enhance your workflow efficiency
