Editable Form

Editable Forms are used to collect data through questions and fields. Using our editor, you can easily create forms with text, questions, conditional displays, and various field types. Once a contact completes a form, you can view and edit their answers or export the results as an XLS file. These forms are ideal for collecting detailed information and responses.

Attached Form

Attached Forms act as containers for files, typically PDFs. These forms are useful when you need to provide read-only information to a contact, who then needs to acknowledge and download the document. Examples include company policies or personal contracts where no further input is required.

Combo Form

Combo Forms combine an Attached Form with an Editable Form. This type is perfect when you need to provide a specific document (e.g., a contract) and also collect additional information. It combines the strengths of both forms to streamline your process.

These three types of forms cover a wide range of complex business workflows. Explore our guidelines to learn how to use each type effectively.
