Basic Fields:

  • Date: Collects dates using a date picker.
  • Checkbox: A yes/no question.
  • List: A dropdown menu providing a list of options; supports multiple responses.
  • Radio Button: A list of options in the form of radio buttons; allows only one answer.

  • ID Number & National Number: Collects official ID and national numbers, validated based on local country formats.

  • IBAN & BIC: Collects bank details according to official formats.
  • Signature: Collects hand-drawn signatures using a signature pad.
