The Page Break feature in CheckHub forms is a powerful tool to control how your forms are rendered in PDF format. While it has no visible impact during form completion, it ensures clear separations when the form is converted to a PDF.
When to Use a Page Break
Use a page break when you want to:
β’ Start a new section on a fresh page in the PDF.
β’ Create logical divisions in lengthy forms.
β’ Ensure certain elements are isolated on a page for clarity.
How to Add a Page Break
1. Open your form in the CheckHub editor.
2. Click the β+β button to add a new element to your form.
3. From the menu, select βMisc > Page Breakβ.
4. Place the page break wherever you need a clear separation in the PDF output.
Conditional Display
Just like any other form element, the Page Break supports conditional display. You can set rules for when the page break should appear in the PDF. For example:
β’ Only include a page break if a specific condition is met (e.g., certain fields are filled).
β’ Dynamically adjust the PDF layout based on user inputs.
