How to Insert Dynamic Content

Learn how to use mentions in your dynamic forms

When creating an editable form, you might need to insert dynamic content that remains uneditable by your contact. This could be for:

  • Contracts with start date, reference, and daily rate
  • Car loans with vehicle details
  • Legal policies with reference details

These read-only dynamic contents are called "mentions" in our forms.

Option 2:

  1. Select the text you want to replace with a mention.
  1. Click the "@" icon in the menu bar to choose the appropriate mention.

Once inserted, a mention appears as a reference but will be dynamically replaced during actual use of the form.

Using mentions is a powerful way to personalize content and reduce the number of versions you need to maintain.
