How to use Presets

How to speed up your candidate creation using presets

When you encode a lot of candidates with different types of documents requested, you sometimes needs to speed up process with presets

What is a preset ?

A preset is a predefined group of requested documents and policies.

Create your first preset

  • Go to "Settings > Presets" via the top menu bar then on the "Add" button (You need the Preset Management right)
  • Fill in the Name and reference (Reference is used by the Candidate Import feature)
  • If needed, select one or more requested document types and set them as mandatory or optional
  • If needed, select one or more forms to complete (and to sign)
  • When ready, click on Save

Use your presets

  • To use a preset, go to a new Candidate form (ex: click on Create from the top menu bar)
  • Fill in the candidate details & account
  • From the Preset block, choose a preset and click "Apply"
  • Voilà! All the document types are added to this candidate based on your preset. You can still add more documents or remove some of the presets
  • (Don't forget to submit your form)

About internal presets

Sometimes you want to use special presets only during a candidate import or via Integration (ex: API), but don’t want to show this preset to your staff. Use this “Internal Only” property to hide presets from the list. You’ll still be able to adapt this preset content.
