CheckHub Pass is our onsite verification feature. It allows your organization to verify the identity of individuals when they physically arrive at a working location — whether it's a factory, an office, or any other site.
This process typically takes place after all documents have been collected and validated, and the individual's profile is ready to start their mission.
How Does It Work?
The onsite verification follows a simple, guided flow:
1. Scan the QR Code
A QR code is displayed at the location (e.g. at the entrance, reception desk, or visitor area). The individual scans this QR code using their smartphone.
2. Enter Their Email Address
After scanning, the individual is prompted to enter their email address. This is used to identify their profile in the system.
3. Take a Selfie
The individual then takes a live photograph of their face directly through the verification flow.
4. Face Comparison
The selfie is automatically compared to the source image currently stored in the CheckHub database. This ensures that the person present on site matches the identity on file.
5. Confirmation Screen
If there is a match, a confirmation screen is displayed. This screen:
- Is valid for a limited duration (e.g. 15 minutes) but can be renewed.
- Can be shown for inspection to a local guard or visitor desk.
- May display additional information to help with the processing of the individual, such as:
- Local manager
- Function or role
- Contract duration
Tip: The confirmation screen acts as a temporary digital pass — hence the name CheckHub Pass. It provides a quick and visual way for on-site staff to confirm the individual has been verified.
When Should You Use It?
Onsite verification is useful in scenarios where you need to:
- Confirm that the person arriving on site is who they claim to be.
- Verify identity after the document collection and validation process is complete.
- Provide on-site personnel (guards, reception, managers) with a quick visual confirmation.
